Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead the Permanency team and guide case managers and support workers focused on outcomes for children and families. The role requires an advanced degree in social work or a related field, or a BA with four years of direct service/case management experience and BSRB licensure.

You will coordinate with court systems and other professionals to secure services and permanency for children, while promoting advocacy and excellence in service

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in social work or related field, or a Bachelor’s with 4 years direct service/case management.
• BSRB licensure is expected.
• Predictive Index assessment is used in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers to help children reunite with families or achieve permanent homes.
• Collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure families receive needed services.
