Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead and support case managers within the Permanency team, guiding families toward reunification or permanent placement for children. The role requires an advanced degree in social work or a related field, or a B.S.W.

with four years of direct service experience and BSRB licensure. You will collaborate with court systems to ensure families receive essential services, and you’ll empower staff to advocate for children while strengthening

Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree in social work or similar field or a B.S.W. with four years direct service or case management experience.
• BSRB licensure is required if using the bachelor’s pathway.
• Predictive Index assessment may be used in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise case managers and support workers to reunify families or achieve permanent homes.
