Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead our Permanency team. You will oversee case managers and support workers, guiding children reunification efforts or permanent placement through adoption, while coordinating with court systems to ensure access to essential services.

The role requires an advanced degree in social work or a related field (or a BSW with four years direct service or case management and licensure).

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in social work or comparable human services field required or a bachelor’s degree in social work with four years of direct service or case management experience and licensure.
• Predictive Index assessments used to determine candidate fit for the Supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers who help children reunite with families or obtain permanent homes through adoption.
• Collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure families receive necessary services and support.
