Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a dedicated full-time Supervisor to lead a Permanency team focused on reunification and adoption efforts for children and families. The role requires an advanced degree in social work or equivalent, or a bachelor’s with several years in direct service and BSRB licensure.

You will supervise case managers, collaborate with court systems, and ensure families receive essential services while promoting stability and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in social work or related field, or bachelor’s with 4+ years of case management experience.
• BSRB licensure required or in place.
• Experience supervising case managers and coordinating with court systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers in reunification or adoption efforts.
• Collaborate with court systems and other case managers to coordinate services.
• Ensure families receive needed services and support for healthy outcomes.
