Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3 years' clerical/administrative or social services experience.
• Associate Degree with 1 year of clerical/administrative or social work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher may substitute for required experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Case Worker I with assessment, family preservation and foster care casework.
• Provides or arranges transportation to community resources as part of aide plan.
• Participates as a member of a professional team to plan services for clients.
• Requests medical, dental, law enforcement records, etc.
• Refers to service providers, family group conferencing, seneca search, etc.
• Assists with Foster Care Review Board packets and transportation of children.
• Assists with child and family visitation and general admin tasks.
• Protects personal identifying information and safeguards agency data.
