Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or Social Science.
• Bachelor's Degree in any other field and one year experience in a related field.
• Master's Degree or higher may substitute for required work experience.

Responsabilités

• Performs case management in the Child Welfare area of Investigations per DSS Policy and GPS Practice Model.
• conducts initial safety assessments and safety planning.
• Engages families and partners with empathy; collaborates with law enforcement and legal when safety concerns exist.
• Documents case activity clearly in CAPSS per policy and timelines.
• Maintains case records and ongoing self-care to mitigate secondary trauma.
