Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions in Milwaukee is seeking a Child Support Liaison to connect the W-2 Agency with Child Support Agencies, identify non-custodial parents with limited earnings, and link them to employment services. You will coordinate referrals to workforce programs and track outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with case managers, maintain confidential records, educate NCPs on resources, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in human services, Social Work, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years in workforce development, child support services, or case management.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with employment programs and public assistance services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

Act as the main liaison between W-2 and Child Support Agencies (CSAs).
Identify NCPs with limited or inconsistent earnings for employment services.
Facilitate referrals to workforce development programs (W-2, TJ, TEMP, FSET, DVR, WIOA, Veterans).
Track referral outcomes and follow up to ensure engagement and progress.
Collaborate with case managers and program staff to align services with needs.
Maintain accurate records of referrals, services, and outcomes.
Educate NCPs on available employment resources and impact on child support.
Uphold confidentiality and ensure legal/compliance requirements.
