Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years in business to business sales, marketing, customer service, staffing or recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills with presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with local labor market and resources; strong relationship-building skills.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred; ability to work in teams and independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct searches for suitable job openings for clients and compare qualifications with employer requirements.
• Develop a wide variety of job opportunities for candidates.
• Establish and maintain active relationships with employers.
• Maintain knowledge of local labor market trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with businesses to identify openings, training initiatives, and recruitment events.
• Assist employers in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified applicants.
• Set up job fairs and employer events; flexibility to work outside normal hours as needed.
