Qualifications

• Two years of experience in career advisement and development, workshop facilitation, and curriculum development.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and document visits and contacts accurately.

Responsibilities

• Build professional one-on-one relationships with clients to remove barriers to employment.
• Provide consistent case management and follow-up, including enrollment documentation.
• Conduct new client orientations and coordinate with schools, account managers, and management.
• Facilitate professional development workshops and coordinate workshops across the center.
• Maintain organized client databases and detailed case notes with post-placement follow-up.
• Collaborate with business services to identify job opportunities and required qualifications.
• Develop and maintain a standard communications plan for staff awareness.
• Assist in intake services and provide operational support for compliance standards.
