Supervise, train, direct, and evaluate a team of Child Support Specialists; ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations; confirm adherence to Department policies and procedures.
Monitor caseload management and review work processed to ensure productivity and quality goals are achieved; assist in overall office management to support efficient operations.
