Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in child welfare and/or child safety is strongly preferred.
• Excellent assessment and auditing skills, training and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work across teams to develop organizational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regional and county reviews of investigations, safety planning and supervision quality.
• Disseminate findings and recommendations to county and regional leadership.
• Collaborate with Workforce Development to address training and coaching needs; participate in related boards.
