Job summary

The New Jersey Judiciary seeks a Court Services Supervisor 2 to lead a Probation Division team responsible for the child support enforcement unit. You will supervise officers, investigators, and clerical staff, assign workloads, and coordinate across units to ensure accurate reports and strong customer service.

Regular physical presence is required. A bachelor’s degree and three years of professional experience, including calendar management, are expected; substitutions are allowed as described

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substitution options available per policy.
• Experience in calendar management, case management, and enforcement of court orders preferred.
• Supervision and monitoring of offenders or staff may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Probation Officers, Investigators and clerical staff in child support enforcement.
• Assign workloads and coordinate work between units; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure quality customer service to a diverse, multilingual court user base; enforce court orders.
• Schedule hours, manage vacations, and conduct formal performance evaluations.
