Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in legal/human services or related fields.
• Knowledge of child support laws and court procedures.
• Experience with automated systems (ACSES, CBMS, COVIS) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers to obtain non-custodial parent information and locate parents.
• Explain procedures for establishing paternity and child support orders.
• Prepare documents for court including motions, orders, and subpoenas.
• Enforce and modify child support orders; compute arrears and settlements.
• Maintain ACSES and electronic document management data daily.
• Assist attorneys with docket prep for court hearings and modifications.
