Job summary

The State of Missouri's Family Support Division seeks a Benefit Program Technician for the Jasper County Child Support Office in Joplin, MO. A six-month training program is provided. A high school diploma with 4+ years of customer service, or a Bachelor's degree, is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Missouri citizens by assessing child support needs via phone, in-person visits, and online inquiries.
• Guide clients through verifying paternity, establishing child support orders, and enforcing/modifying orders.
• Participate in a six-month training program and ongoing professional development.
