Job summary

Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs in Warm Springs, OR, is seeking a full-time administrator to develop and manage child care accounts for Early Childhood Education clients. You will supervise daycare staff, maintain waiting lists, and ensure compliance with state and tribal guidelines while coordinating with grant specialists.

The role requires one year of administrative experience, knowledge of tribal systems, and proficiency with Child Plus.

Qualifications

• One year of administrative experience in accounting processes and supervisory duties preferred.
• Knowledge of Warm Springs community resources and tribal systems.
• Familiarity with Head Start standards, CCDF regs, and grant reporting requirements.
• Experience with the Child Plus system to track enrollments and attendance.
• Must pass a Tribal background check and drug-free policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement systems for child care accounts under ECE clients.
• Maintain waiting list, eligibility, enrollment, and class lists.
• Provide direct supervision to Daycare Teaching Staff; oversee licensing compliance.
• Collaborate with staff, departments, and grant specialists; prepare grant reports.
• Operate standard office tools and produce detailed reports.
