The position emphasizes customer service, collaboration with providers and partners, and participation in quality assurance activities while supporting other Economic Security Programs as needed.

Formación

• Associate's Degree required.
• 0-2 years of progressive work experience in Benefits and Eligibility.
• 2-4 years of progressive work experience may substitute education for experience.

Responsabilidades

• Determine eligibility for the Child Care Assistance program based on guidelines.
• Manage statewide caseload with focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Review data, verify documents, and request missing information.
