Job summary

State of Wyoming is seeking a case manager for economic assistance programs to provide information, referrals, and protective services as needed. The role focuses on determining eligibility and collaborating with partners to ensure safe outcomes for Wyoming families.

You will maintain case files, assist with audits, and contribute to hearings and staff training, supporting program integrity and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize workload and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for economic assistance, information, and referral cases.
• Determine program eligibility based on income/assets and program rules.
• Maintain case files and datasets; document interactions accurately.
• Assist with audits to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Train new staff and assist with hearings or testimony as needed.
• Maintain relationships with community referral agencies and partners.
