Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to help lead a licensed childcare facility. The role supports safe, effective school operation alongside the School Director and assumes full responsibility when the Director is unavailable.

The Assistant Director helps promote children's social, physical, and intellectual development while maintaining a caring, educational environment for families and staff, and upholding the company’s standards and community role.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, effective operation of the school in collaboration with the School Director.
• Assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• In the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Promote the positive image of Learning Care Group and be a community representative.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
