Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. seeks an Assistant Director to help operate the school safely and effectively alongside the School Director. In the Director’s absence, you will assume full responsibility for the center and support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

You will lead a caring team, ensure compliance with company and state licensing standards, and promote a positive image in the community to sustain the center’s success and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school.
