Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to help run a safe, nurturing school under the guidance of the School Director. You will support daily operations, staff supervision, and program quality to ensure compliance with state licensing and company standards.

In the Director's absence, you will assume sole responsibility for the school's operations and contribute to fostering children's social, physical, and intellectual growth while engaging with families and the community.

Qualifications

• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
