Job summary

RISE is seeking an Intervention Professional to support children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in school, community, or center settings. You will implement individualized plans, document progress, and collaborate with the treatment team to promote adaptive behaviors.

The role requires a Masters in a human services field, ABA/RBT training or HI certification, a valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background checks. Transportation and scheduling flexibility are valued.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in human services field.
• Verifiable proof of paid, supervised experience providing services to a 0–21 age range with a developmental disability for at least 1200 hours.
• 40 hour RBT training in ABA or HI certificate.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one intervention to a child or adolescent with a developmental disability.
• Provide daily documentation on progress toward goals.
• Communicate effectively with parents and other providers.
• Complete required annual training requirements.
