Job summary

RISE is seeking an Intervention Professional to provide direct one-on-one intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in school, the community and/or center. The role follows the treatment plan to decrease maladaptive behaviors and encourage adaptive ones.

You will document progress daily, collaborate with the treatment team, and participate in supervision on a regular basis. Requires 40-hour ABA/RBT training or HI, CPR/First Aid, and a successful background check.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in human service field.
• Verifiable 1200 hours paid, supervised experience with 0-21 year old in developmental disability.
• 40 hour RBT training in ABA or HI certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and car insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required or provided.
• Background check must be passable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one intervention to a child/adolescent with developmental disability per treatment plan.
• Document daily progress of goals.
• Communicate effectively with parents and other providers.
• Complete annual training requirements.
