Rise Services Inc. is seeking an Intervention Professional to provide direct intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in schools, community, or center settings.

You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with treatment team members to support each individual. You will also communicate with families and other providers, complete annual training, and participate in regular supervision while maintaining compliant records and a

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Master's Degree in human service field.
• Verifiable proof of paid, supervised experience providing services to a 0-21 year old with a developmental disability for a minimum of 1200 hours.
• Complete 40 hour RBT training in ABA (provided by RISE) or hold a current HI certification.
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (provided by RISE) or equivalent.
• Must complete MANDT or other de-escalation training (provided by RISE).
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one intervention to a child or adolescent with a developmental disability.
• Provide daily documentation on the progress of goals.
• Effectively communicate with parents and other providers.
• Must complete required annual training requirements.
