Job summary

Rise Inc seeks an Intervention Professional to deliver direct intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in school or community settings. You will document progress and collaborate with the treatment team to support individual goals.

This position requires a Master’s in a related field, 1200 hours of supervised experience, and certification/training in ABA and de-escalation. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered in a day-shift role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Master's Degree in human service field.
• 1200 hours paid, supervised experience with a ages 0–21 with developmental disability.
• 40 hour RBT training in ABA (provided by RISE) or HI certificate.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and car insurance.
• CPR/First Aid certification (provided by RISE).
• MANDT or other de-escalation training (provided by RISE).
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one intervention to a child or adolescent with developmental disability.
• Provide daily documentation on progress of goals.
• Communicate effectively with parents and other providers.
• Complete required annual training requirements.
