Job summary

RISE seeks an Intervention Professional to provide direct intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in school, community, or center settings. You will implement treatment plans and document progress while coordinating with treatment teams to support goals.

Requires a Master’s degree, 1200 hours of supervised experience, CPR/First Aid and MANDT/de‑escalation training, plus reliable transportation and background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Master's Degree in human services or related field.
• Proof of 1200 hours paid, supervised experience with 0–21 year olds with developmental disabilities.
• Complete 40 hour RBT training in ABA (provided by RISE) or hold HI certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• CPR/First Aid certification (provided by RISE) or equivalent.
• MANDT or other de-escalation training certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one on one intervention to a child or adolescent with a developmental disability in accordance with the plan for treatment.
• Provide daily documentation on the progress of goals.
• Effectively communicate with parents and other providers.
• Must complete required annual training requirements.
