Job summary

RISE seeks an Intervention Professional to provide direct one-on-one support to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across school, community, and center settings. You will implement treatment plans, reinforce adaptive behaviors, and document progress toward goals.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with families, and participate in ongoing supervision and required trainings to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Master's degree in a human service field is required.
• Minimum 1200 hours of paid, supervised experience with a 0–21 year old with developmental disability.
• Complete 40 hour RBT training or hold HI certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance.
• CPR/First Aid certification (provided by RISE) or must obtain.
• MANDT or other de-escalation certification (provided by RISE)
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one intervention for children/adolescents in line with treatment plans.
• Document daily progress toward goals.
• Communicate effectively with parents and other providers.
• Complete required annual training.
