Job summary

New Directions Mental Health seeks a: Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our Transformations Care Network. You will provide outpatient therapy to children and families, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support licensure progress in a growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Provisional license per state regulation may be required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Commitment to high-quality care and ongoing professional development.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for new clients and families with cultural sensitivity.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms timely.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff for holistic care.
