New Directions Mental Health, a Transformations Care Network member, is seeking a Child & Adolescent Therapist to join a collaborative clinical team dedicated to improving pediatric behavioral health. This role supports emerging and early-career therapists with supervision as you gain licensure in a supportive setting.

You will conduct assessments, provide outpatient therapy to children and families, and develop safety and wellness plans while collaborating with psychiatrists and other

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Experience with children and families.
• Licensure or provisional license per state regulation.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development including supervision and CE.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Time management and documentation efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on clients' needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and fellow therapists.
