Northeast Health Services is seeking a Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our Transformations Care Network team. You will provide outpatient therapy to children and families, working within a collaborative clinical team that supports licensure and ongoing development.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will develop tailored treatment and crisis plans, participate in case conferences, and ensure accurate documentation and billing. Our environment emphasizes growth and ethical care.

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.
• Commitment to high-quality mental health care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans to support stable functioning.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing/documentation and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and therapists for holistic care.
