You will work with families and children, providing outpatient therapy, developing safety and wellness plans, and ensuring thorough documentation and billing while coordinating with medical and administrative staff

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Provisional license per state regulation.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment planning; handle insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and therapists for holistic care.
