Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking Child & Adolescent Therapists to empower youth and families in a collaborative clinical team. Our clinics provide a supportive space to practice therapeutic interventions and develop skills that impact the local community.

As a Child & Adolescent Therapist, you will conduct culturally sensitive assessments, provide outpatient therapy, and develop crisis and safety plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Licensure eligibility as required by state.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and completion of treatment plans and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and staff to deliver holistic care.
