Job summary

Global Talent Resources, Inc is seeking a Business Unit President to lead a multi-market communications infrastructure platform, spanning program management, engineering, construction, deployment, and maintenance services.

This role owns strategy, P&L performance, growth, safety, workforce capacity, client relationships, and execution while scaling fiber, broadband, data center connectivity, and related programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in communications infrastructure or related fields.
• Proven ownership of a complex P&L with profitable growth.
• Experience leading large-scale fiber, telecom, or data center programs.
• Experience scaling operations across geographies and service lines.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute short- and long-range business strategy.
• Define portfolio strategy by customer, market, geography, service line, delivery model, and tech.
• Drive growth across fiber, broadband, transport, data center connectivity, and maintenance.
• Establish disciplined pipeline, qualification, capture, estimating, and pursuit processes.
• Build durable client relationships and sponsor strategic accounts.
• Evaluate expansion, acquisitions, alliances, or new services.
• Establish operating systems across engineering, permitting, mobilization, construction, and maintenance.
• Provide executive oversight of concurrent projects and programs.
