Job summary

Granite Telecommunications, LLC. seeks an experienced project manager to oversee telecom and infrastructure initiatives across multiple sites. You will use PMI standards to plan, control, and deliver projects while aligning with company objectives and customer SLAs.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, collaborating with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction on a national scale.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience managing telecommunications and infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of structured cabling systems including cat 5e, cat 6, fiber optic.
• Experience with POTS, VOIP, and SDWAN; ability to manage 15+ projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% and work across USA and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing initiatives.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report status to leadership and customers.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery.
• Act as primary client contact; conduct reviews and manage expectations across time zones.
• Drive continuous improvement in PMO practices and customer satisfaction.
