Job summary

Telecom Trust Consulting is seeking a CTO – Telecom to lead the company’s telecom strategy, architecture and operational development. You will own relationships with host MNOs, wholesale partners and core-network vendors, ensuring a robust, scalable and compliant platform.

This is a senior, hands-on role spanning architecture, vendor management, negotiations and technical execution. You will guide onboarding, testing, production launches and service operations, while defining KPIs and driving

Qualifications

• Significant experience in mobile telecommunications, preferably with operators or telecom platforms.
• Proven experience managing host-operator, wholesale and technology-vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of mobile-core and telecom architecture (4G/5G, IMS, APIs).
• Experience leading complex technical integrations and production launches.
• Understanding of telecom commercial models and KPIs.
• Experience in regulated and security-sensitive environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Define the telecom strategy and target architecture.
• Lead relationships with host MNOs, wholesale carriers and partners.
• Manage selection and performance of core-network, signaling, APIs vendors.
• Oversee mobile-core components and network capabilities (HLR/HSS/UDM, SMS, SS7, Diameter, IMS, eSIM).
• Lead onboarding, testing, production launch and service operations.
• Define and monitor KPIs for availability, latency and reachability.
• Support commercial negotiations, pricing and customer onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with telecom regulation, GDPR and cybersecurity.
