Job summary

US Mobile is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to own the technology vision and engineering execution behind our platform. You’ll unify frontend and backend teams into one coherent strategy and sit at the executive table with the CEO, founders, and leaders across Product, Data, Growth, Finance and Strategy.

As CTO, you will lead architecture and the org, oversee infrastructure and AI-enabled development, and hire and mentor exceptional engineers to drive fast, reliable product delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend/frontend/scales.
• Experience leading engineering teams or technology organizations.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and system design.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Onsite work capability in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technology vision and long-term roadmap.
• Unify frontend and backend organizations into one architecture.
• Lead architecture, deployment, and scaling of the platform.
• Own infrastructure, security, observability, and reliability.
• Build, mentor, and retain engineering talent; set standards.
