Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a senior Telco-focused leader to drive strategic engagements and position differentiators in the global Telco market. You will collaborate with R&D to evolve the product roadmap, shape geo-specific technology initiatives, and mentor broader teams.

Your deep telecom knowledge, AI tool familiarity, and strong communication will enable effective executive-level negotiations and cross-functional leadership across architecture and strategy groups.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of the Telecom Industry and the ability to apply this knowledge to create solutions.
• Knowledge of AI Tools and how to drive value with these tool sets.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Evaluating and selecting forms of empirical analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications.
• History of innovation with examples of developing new technologies and practices for manufacturing designs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Ability to effectively communicate Telecom solutions, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels.

• Effectively positions HPE Telco solutions with Customers
• Drives Geo specific Technology initiatives
• Provides direction to the Telco Strategy and Roadmap teams
• Active participation and leadership in WW Internal Technology Forums
• Identifies and evaluates new technologies, innovations, and outsourced partner relationships for alignment with strategy roadmap and business value; creates plans for integration and update into architecture.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members to set an example of product engineering design and development innovation and excellence.
