Job summary

CPI Security is seeking a Head of Information Technology to serve as the company’s senior technology executive. You will establish and execute an enterprise-wide technology strategy to support growth, scalability, customer experience, security, and innovation.

Headquartered in Charlotte, CPI Security has grown to be a leading security provider. You will drive IT initiatives across cybersecurity, software engineering, data analytics, and Salesforce ecosystems while overseeing budgets and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience operating as a senior technology executive with executive leadership collaboration.
• Salesforce and call center technology experience.
• Strong background in Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience with ERP, Billing and Payroll systems and IT integrations.
• Knowledge of data governance and data analytics ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Direct IT strategy and operations across cybersecurity, software, data analytics, and infrastructure.
• Partner with executive leadership to align IT with business goals and growth.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and technology investments.
• Lead modernization of core platforms and reduce technical debt.
• Oversee M&A IT diligence, integration planning, and post-close stabilization.
• Ensure security, compliance, and resilient architectures across the stack.
