Job summary

Cardone Training Technologies (CTTI) seeks a Director of Information Technology to own our internal technology function end-to-end, including infrastructure, security, systems, and the multi-year IT roadmap. This is a senior leadership role based onsite in Florida and Arizona, reporting to the COO and working closely with the CEO to manage risk, readiness, and investment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Hands-on in infrastructure, security and operations.
• Experience presenting strategy to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Own internal technology strategy and multi-year infrastructure roadmap.
• Act as senior voice on IT with COO/CEO and executives.
• Own IT budget and investments; drive efficiencies without compromising security.
• Define IT boundaries between internal and client-facing tech, incl. data security.
