Qualifications

• Substantial technology leadership experience (10+ years) in a mid-sized, multi-location organization.
• Proven track record guiding IT strategy, security, and data governance at an executive level.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and investment discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a practical technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead internal software development, automation, infrastructure, and security.
• Build and mentor a high-performing technology team across locations.
• Partner with Operations and other executives to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Ensure continuity, compliance, and data protection across the organization.
• Drive measurable business improvements through technology initiatives.
