Job summary

Meriton is seeking a Recruiting Manager - Talent Strategy to lead one of its national recruiting PODs. You will partner with OPCO Presidents, shape workforce plans, and drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets.

In this hybrid role, you will balance hands-on recruitment with coaching a regional team, ensure scorecard-based decisions, and provide data-driven guidance on talent availability and compensation strategies. You will report to the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience coaching hiring managers on structured interviewing and scorecard-based decisions.
• Ability to manage hands-on recruiting while supporting regional teams.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the recruiting PODs, setting priorities and building capability.
• Partner with OPCO Presidents to align hiring plans with business goals.
• Develop quarterly hiring plans, pipelines, and sourcing strategies for markets.
• Own full cycle recruiting for priority roles including strategic leadership searches.
• Maintain consistent, timely scorecards and offer guidance to hiring managers.
