Job summary

Rhoda AI is seeking a Head of Talent to lead company-wide recruiting as we scale our robotics and AI efforts. You will partner with founders and leaders to set hiring priorities, attract exceptional people, and turn recruiting into a competitive advantage.

This hands-on leadership role requires you to drive critical searches while building a capable internal recruiting team, developing sourcing capabilities, and establishing scalable processes that maintain hiring bar as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including leadership at a high-growth tech company.
• Strong track record of sourcing and closing top technical talent in competitive markets.
• Experience building and developing recruiting teams and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting strategy and execution across AI research, software, hardware, operations, and business functions.
• Personally lead critical technical and leadership searches and close offers.
• Build and lead a high-performing talent team across sourcing, recruiting, and operations.
• Own recruiting systems, workflows, reporting, and funnel optimization to improve performance.
• Maintain a high standard for candidate experience and employer brand.
