This player-coach role attracts technical and business talent while ensuring speed and quality in hiring. You will own full-cycle recruiting, translate goals into candidate profiles, and design an end-to-end talent framework with scorecards and decision frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting leadership experience in high-growth environments.
• Ability to translate company goals into hiring priorities and processes.
• Hands-on recruiter who sources, evaluates, and closes top talent.
• Experience building scalable recruiting engines with metrics and dashboards.
