Potomac is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to unify and accelerate sales, distribution, and revenue operations. Headquartered in Bethesda, MD, Potomac combines investment expertise with a data-driven process to drive scalable growth across broker-dealer and advisor channels.

Reporting to the CEO, the CRO will align sales leadership, business development, and revenue operations, building a high-performing revenue organization while partnering with Marketing, Portfolio Management, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales, revenue, or distribution leadership experience.
• Experience managing field sales teams and multiple distribution channels.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales analytics to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth across Broker-Dealer, RIA, platform, and strategic channels.
• Lead and scale internal and external sales teams and revenue operations.
• Standardize and optimize end-to-end sales processes and reporting.
