Rustici is seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to own the go-to-market strategy and drive all revenue streams during its next growth phase. The CRO will build a proactive new-logo engine while preserving retention and expansion performance across the customer base.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive B2B SaaS revenue leadership (senior VP of Sales, Head of Revenue, or CRO) with success building/rebuilding revenue functions.
  • Proven track record transforming commercial teams in ARR $15M–$100M environments.
  • Experience commercializing enterprise learning/HR tech and navigating CHRO/CIO/COO stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own company-wide revenue growth, retention, profitability and performance.
  • Define and execute short- and long-term revenue strategy with targets and metrics.
  • Lead go-to-market transformation toward proactive, scalable model.
  • Provide revenue updates and strategic recommendations to CEO and Board.
  • Build and scale a high-performing outbound sales organization.
  • Drive customer expansion, retention, and net revenue growth across accounts.
  • Oversee Revenue Operations: forecasting, pipeline, dashboards, and analytics.
