Job summary

Dobson Fiber, a privately owned regional fiber provider with a rich history, is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to unite Marketing and Sales and accelerate growth across Residential, MDU and Commercial markets. You will translate market opportunities into predictable revenue and set disciplined revenue metrics.

You will lead a cross-functional team, establish revenue operating practices, and drive pricing, forecasting and performance management.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in sales, marketing or revenue leadership at telecoms or tech.
• Proven success building cross-functional revenue teams and strategies.
• Experience with pricing, forecasting and quota design.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual and long-range revenue plan across all verticals.
• Own forecasts and create visibility for execs and investors.
• Build and coach a high-performing revenue leadership team.
• Drive disciplined revenue operations and pricing governance.
