Dobson Fiber is seeking a VP/General Manager for Residential MDU in Oklahoma City. You will own strategy, budgets, and results for the MDU unit, drive access and bulk agreements, and lead a cross-functional team to expand market penetration and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in telecom, ISP, MDU/multifamily, or related B2B2C business.
• Track record of winning access or bulk agreements with property owners, REITs, or managers.
• Experience building and leading cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and delivery.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen; comfortable with revenue, costs, ROI models, and growth plans.
• Knowledge of the Oklahoma multifamily market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, annual operating plan, and results for the Residential MDU unit.
• Secure right-of-entry and access agreements with property owners and managers.
• Lead P&L discipline including capital planning and ROI reporting.
• Drive three-year growth plans across current and new markets.
• Build and lead the MDU team: Sales Director, Ops Manager, Community Accounts Manager, Sales Engineer, and Project Manager.
• Coordinate construction and marketing resources to meet priorities and milestones.
