Job summary

Kenco Group seeks a Senior Corporate Quality Assurance Manager to develop and manage the corporate quality system, align with standards, and mentor site teams. This role also supports new business processes like RFPs and IT validations.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in QA management, ISO 9001:2015 knowledge, and strong leadership to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and related standards preferred.
• Ability to coach teams and influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead quality standards for multiple sites and networks.
• Oversee the multi-client vertical including e-commerce locations.
• Manage a team of quality professionals and corporate QA staff.
• Lead RFP process and support new business development.
• Coordinate with IT validations and support the Kenco Operating System deployment.
• Develop QA trainings, procedures, and tools across departments.
• Oversee audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor changing industry standards and educate sites accordingly.
