Job summary

Kittitas Interactive Management seeks a Vice President of Compliance & Quality to establish and manage the corporate quality assurance system. As an executive, you will drive compliance strategies, lead a team to promote client safety, and strengthen the organization’s overall wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 7–10 years of executive operations or compliance management experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to gain the trust and confidence of the executive and management team.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and compliance teams at an executive level.
• Develop organization-wide compliance risk assessments and plans.
• Interface with State Auditors to align administrative and programmatic arms.
• Organize ongoing QA evaluations per guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues with departments.
• Monitor changes to internal processes and approve updates.
