Kittitas Interactive seeks a Vice President of Compliance & Quality to lead the corporate quality assurance system and drive all compliance efforts across the agency. This executive role directs the Quality and Compliance teams, shapes risk assessments, and champions the 2026 Standard of Excellence to ensure client safety and operational integrity.

Based in Yakima, WA, the VP reports to the Administrator and supervises the Quality Director and Compliance Director, focusing on consistent care,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of executive operations or compliance management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to gain the trust and confidence of the executive and management team.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Quality and Compliance teams at a strategic executive level.
• Develop and submit organization-wide compliance risk assessment plan.
• Serve as primary operational liaison to State Auditors.
• Organize ongoing quality assurance evaluations per guidelines.
• Proactively monitor changes to internal processes and controls.
• Establish metrics to monitor system effectiveness.
• Perform internal audits to strengthen compliance and consistency.
