AltaMed Health Services Corp in Georgia seeks a Director of Prospect Development to architect and lead a comprehensive donor intelligence program. This executive role drives research, capacity modeling, due diligence, and portfolio optimization to fuel principal gift revenue.

You will guide a team of prospect researchers and analytics professionals, partner with senior leadership, and translate data into actionable strategies, metrics, and scalable processes across the Foundation.

Competenze

• 8+ years of professional experience in fundraising/advancement services.
• 5+ years of experience supervising teams and managing enterprise-level initiatives.
• Mastery of APRA Body of Knowledge Level II; CMIA or FQHC experience preferred.
• APRA or AHP certification is desirable.
• 2+ years with prospect research platforms (iWave, LexisNexis, WealthEngine) and CRMs (Raiser's Edge NXT, Salesforce) preferred.
• Experience with data analysis, statistical methodology, and business intelligence tools.

• Develop metrics, goals, projections, and capacity to drive principal gift revenue.
